Who we are
Empowering the Next Generation For Collective Action
Our mission at the O.C.Justice Initiative is to be a catalyst collective liberation for social change. Guided by BIPOC youth leadership, we are committed to dismantling systemic racial disparities, challenging economic and legislative barriers, and safeguarding the human rights of our community's most marginalized individuals. Through targeted policy advocacy and grassroots community involvement, we aim to foster a more equitable and just society for all.
We are cultivating a new generation of leaders who are challenging racial injustices in a society that promises liberty for all. Through education, mass mobilization, and the creation of innovative systems, OCJI is driving youth toward transformative legislation.
Currently, OCJI operates as an all-pro bono effort led by a dedicated core team and supported by over 50 volunteers. OCJI has maintained strong partnerships with legacy educational institutions in Orange County that will sustain our infrastructure and define our mission and transform our vision for years to come.
